ABOUT MATT

Passionate about ensuring the beauty of the classical violin is accessible to all, British violinist Matt has commissioned transcriptions and unique arrangements of well known songs from popular classical, pop, film themes to swing and musical songs.

Matt’s fresh and vibrant performing style lends itself perfectly for truly memorable and beautiful renditions of well known popular songs.

Matt has appeared on national and international TV leading string sections for shows such as BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, Eurovision Song Contest and XFactor. Alongside this, he has performed on stage with artists such as Andrew Lloyd Webber, Lewis Capaldi and Il Divo. Music festival appearances have included BBC Proms and Glastonbury.

An accomplished musician, Matt has a wealth of experience performing internationally at glamorous celebrity weddings, VIP product launches and private parties.
