I’m Matt Glossop, a violinist and creative director, producing original live shows through my company Bloomsbury Event Group – including multi-genre concerts like Sound of Coldplay, a stunning live music and light show, Music of the Movies, and my Christmas show featuring live ballerinas.
Private Performances & Bookings
I’m available to be booked for private performances – whether as a solo violinist or directing my Bloomsbury Film Orchestra. My performances have featured at prestigious events for brands including Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Fairmont Hotels, and Manchester City Football Club.
ABOUT MATT
Matt Glossop is a renowned British violinist and creative director, known for blending the beauty of classical violin with contemporary and cinematic influences. Through his unique arrangements of iconic music, Matt brings a fresh and vibrant performing style to a wide range of genres.
Matt has appeared on national and international TV leading string sections for shows such as BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, Eurovision Song Contest and XFactor. Alongside this, he has performed on stage with artists such as Andrew Lloyd Webber, Lewis Capaldi and Il Divo. Music festival appearances have included BBC Proms and Glastonbury.
An accomplished musician, Matt has a wealth of experience performing internationally at glamorous celebrity weddings, VIP product launches and private parties.
Matt curates and produces his own concerts across the UK through his company, Bloomsbury Event Group. His productions include The Sound of Coldplay, a breathtaking live violin and light show featuring the Bloomsbury Pop Orchestra, as well as Music of the Movies with the Bloomsbury Film Orchestra. He also creates popular Christmas shows featuring live ballerinas.
